snippets of my wet weekend...

Evening all,
A quick post to show you snippets of my weekend up the coast house.

hallelujah it rained finally after 3 months of dry, much rejoicing was done as both tanks are now full!

there's something lovely about standing underneath a huge banana palm leaf in the pouring rain.

Excited to show off the new concrete slab under the house for the new room. (before shots here.)

painting of the brick pillars has begun.... it's going to be white throughout to create more light.

A great rainy day job!

Sunday, the rain stopped and we drove into country Cooroy...all the streets are lined with these colourful little flower beds...who looks after these I wonder?

Have a lovely week all,
Graduation and formal in 3 days, gotta pick up the teens suit tomorrow...
Byeeee!

    1. The rain was amazing, it's funny to think we were praying for it to stop last summer...I have the tissues ready for the graduation ceremony on Thursday morning and the formal at night. :( + :)

    1. It's pretty weird to get so excited about a concrete slab I know, but it's great to finally see some progress. As for the garden, yes it will lush up more after that great rain.
